This is a big season for our bodies to get a bit depleted.  The daylight hours are shorter, it’s colder outside and tis the season for cookies and cocktails.  This makes a recipe for our immune system to be ready to take on the battle of germs.

The good news is there are many practices that we can incorporate into our daily routines that will give us the boost we need to stay strong and healthy this winter.  Allowing us to thrive and enjoy all that winter has to offer.
