What is Dry Brushing?

Do you know what it means to dry brush and why it’s so great for your health?

I didn’t either for quite some time, but now I’m a bit obsessed. Take a peek at this video I made for my team’s Master Your Metabolism Challenge this week. I think you’re going to like it.

Here are the golden nugget takeaways from this week’s video!

Movement in the body creates energy, and energy creates a higher vibration, and a higher vibration creates health.

Our body’s filtering organs make sure the toxins we don’t have control over (from the outside world) and the ones we do have control over (inside toxins from a not-so-clean diet or lack of exercise) are filtered OUT ... because we don’t need them. Our skin is our largest filtering organ. So what can we do to help our dermal layer get un-clogged? Dry brush, baby!

How? Tiny little circular motions moving toward the heart. For an extra boost, add essential oils!

Rockstar tips:
* For an extra boost, add essential oils!
* Women, specifically, hold a lot of toxins and stress in our livers. Spend some extra time stimulating your tummy area around the liver.
* Dry brush over a towel or in the shower before you turn the water on - you might notice some dry skin releasing onto the floor!
* Clean yo’ brush! Spray it with a few spritzes of “On Guard.” Done.
* Hop in the shower after dry brushing and use only all natural products (hey there, doTERRA!) - After the shower, we need to add back in some moisture to our skin. Grapefruit is energizing an also awesome for cellulite!

I personally strive to dry brush every single day. This process has become therapeutic and meditative for me. I hope you try it and love it, too.

I referenced a few additional items in the video that I want to make sure you have access to!
