Signs We Are Connected


Last week I shared about what it means to live disconnected from the inner wisdom that your body holds. You can click here to read the blog.

This isn’t an ideal way to live, but unfortunately, it seems to be the “normal” spot for many of us to hang out in. 

It’s time for that to change.

Now that we are aware of what it feels like to live disconnected, I want to shift the focus to what it feels like to live CONNECTED!

Staying too focused on feeling disconnected can and will lead to a story that keeps you on the hamster wheel. The change you desire will be harder to create.

So what exactly do you experience when you start living connected to your body and your beautiful soul medicine?

Here’s what you can expect to feel the majority of the time:

  • Rested and able to embrace periods of disconnect without feeling guilty
  • Irritable from time to time but overall happy
  • Sexy! You can look at a picture of yourself and say: “Damn I’m sexy!”
  • A healthy sexual appetite
  • A love for your life and the work you do. You know what your message, mission, and purpose are 
  • Ready to get paid for doing what you love - and you won’t back down from this! The possibilities are endless and you’re excited to begin each day
  • Abundant gratitude, joy, and appreciation for the little things in life
  • Connected to the natural cycles that surround you - the cycles of the moon, the seasons, your menstrual cycle  
  • Balanced hormones with normal menstrual cycles
  • Physically well! (better sleep; minimal bloating, fatigue, and brain fog; more energy

Where do you land? Do you experience some of these often? Every once in a while? All of the time?
