Fall is inviting us to change


Hello October and Welcome to Fall

We're in a new month, with new energy and a new season.

Is there anything better than a clean slate in which we can create our dreams and desires and bring into reality what our heart is calling us to explore?

October is going to be a super fast-paced month. So it's time to stop thinking about how you want to live wild and start DOING that "thing" that scares you the most. 

Here are three easy ways to connect your body to the energy of fall. This will increase your intuition, allow you to listen to your body more effectively, and give you more clarity as we wrap up 2022.

Be outside in nature every day. Moving your beautiful body if possible.
One of the simplest activities you can do to connect your body to mama nature and the natural flow of life, and your body is to be outdoors. I cannot stress this enough. Get your butt outside daily to absorb the vitamin D, feel the sunshine on your face, and put your bare feet on the earth. 

Bonus if you move your body while you are outside. A body in motion is energy in motion. Our minds move when we move our bodies, and that's a beautiful thing. 

Change up your essential oil routines, wellness practices, and foods!
The red blood cells in our physical body completely regenerate and change every 90 days. Hmmm, that's the same amount of time we are in a season. Do you think that is a coincidence? I think not!

With every season, I also change up my foods and focus on foods of the season that are local to me. Think of apples, green beans, tomatoes, peppers, and potatoes for fall. 

I also play with my essential oils and supplement routines. For example, I might choose a different diffuser combo for sleep or while I work. It's so much fun!

Get clear on your intentions and create a plan that you are in control of.
You remember me saying October is a fast-paced month. 

I want you to be able to take full advantage of the beautiful energy that October brings. To do this, it's time to get clear on your goals and create a plan to achieve those goals. It's essential to set goals that are mainly in your control. 

Here's a common example. Don't set the goal or intention to lose 10 lbs. You are not in control of what your body does, and setting a plan like this may be setting you up for failure.

Instead, set some intentions around healthy living that you can be in charge of.

Like this: 
I will move my body for 30 minutes, 4 days per week.
I will drink 80 oz of water each day.

I can't wait to watch you expand in October! It will be so good, and I can just feel it.
